I actually feel sorry now. I just can't stay pissed with a person.
Anyway, I'm not gonna post crappy long posts anymore cos its a waste of my time and I already promised myself long time ago that I won't care so much about a few things:
Friendships, cos I always get backstabbed
Girls, cos its a waste of my time (not caused by any girl)
Personal bonds
Comments made by irritating fked-up seniors (some seniors are fine though)

Bench Press(Dumbbells. They are harder than Barbells) - 7.5KG a side x 7 x 3
10KG a side x 7 x 5
Overhead Press(Dumbbells) - 7.5KG a side x 7 x 5
10KG a side x 7 x 5
Bicep Curl(Dumbbells) - 7.5KG x 7 x 4 x 2(two hands)
10KG x 7 x 2(two hands)
Went to chinese tuition.
Did Bodyweight Exercise Ladder and Plyometrics :D
