Did the projectile launcher thingy today with Dr Pek. Waited ~45 min for him to come haha.
Dr Pek is a really nice teacher :D he gave us many chances and in the end we got 40points xD Dr Pek rocks!

For the bicep curl, I followed HuiKang's method and lifted up fast but slowly lowered the hand. Very effective (:
